Must Read: Live The Best Story of Your Life

They say that when you are reading personal development, majority of what you learn you will not retain, but all it takes is to read that one point or concept that has a profound impact on you and changes the way you think going forward!

This book had that profound impact on me.

I have no idea where I heard about this book, but I am a believer that sometimes books choose us, they come to us out of nowhere at the perfect time to guide us through different phases of our life.

Live The Best Story of your life by Bob Litwin is the kind of book that can change your life. We all have negative stories we tell ourselves, myself included, at the time I was reading the book, I had a negative story on repeat in my mind, despite being such a positive and optimistic person. This story was keeping me stuck having a pity party and stuck in a very negative cycle. Can you relate?

Thanks to this book, I have completely changed my mindset on it and have totally released the grip this story had on me and instead see the very same situation with so much light & positivity. I cant even begin to explain what a relief it has been to me, to let it go and re write my new story! I’m sure many of you can relate to having a story you tell yourself that holds you back from achieving the things you truly want to achieve.

So how does it work?

Well it’s a two part story telling system that helps you re write the story of your life. One part helps you release the past, and the other part helps you literally write the story of your new life, the one where you live up to your potential, the one without self imposed limits. Then to back up this system, Bob includes 33 coaching sessions to support you through this process and answer any of your objections while sharing real stories of people who applied this system to their lives along with some of the best motivational quotes of all time!

I don’t want to giveaway the whole book, because I want to encourage you to go out and get it for yourself! I am a personal development junkie, YES, but only a handful of books really stand out like this one! So don’t wait, go out and get it!!

If you have read it, I would love to know what your experience was!
