mmaI’m going to start off by saying this…Core De Force has easily become my favourite Beachbody program! From the second I heard they were launching this program, I just knew I needed to do it but I had no idea just how much I would enjoy it!

What is Core De Force?
It’s a 30 day MMA inspired workout program designed to blast belly fat and give you total body definition! Created by Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews its a mix of Boxing, Kickboxing, Muai Thai combinations. They do an amazing job of walking you through the moves so you can do it as a beginner as well as at a more advanced level!
- The program is 30 days and the workouts range from 27min – 45min ( averaging around the 37 min mark)
- Their is 10 Different workouts on the calendar ( 4 MMA workouts, 2 body weight resistance workouts, 2 Agility workouts and 2 recovery workouts)
- They have been adding new workouts to the library ( 3 amazing new ones to date available on Beachbody on Demand)
Does it come with an eating plan?
Absolutely! Each workout program comes with a specific eating plan designed to give you optimum results and this one is no different. Utilizing portion control containers and a simple easy to follow clean eating guide. You actually get to increase your normal intake in fruits and healthy fats in the 2nd and 3rd week!

I have completed this program TWICE ( not back to back) but that is how much I loved it! The first time I did the program my nutrition was not on point and though I got a lot out of the program, gained a ton of strength, balance and endurance….My results weren’s as visible!
In January I went ALL IN for another round combined with clean eating….and BOOM!!! Results!
