Counting down the days to the launch of Beachbody’s latest home workout program Core De Force. I have had the opportunity to do a sneak peek workout from this program twice and absolutely LOVED it, it is not to be missed!!
WHAT IS CORE DE FORCE?
- Core De Force is a 30 day Mixed Martial Arts Style workout program designed to slash inches off your waist, blast belly fat and give you total body definition.
- 8 workouts that alternate Boxing, Kick boxing and Muai Thai combinations, cardio spikes and body weight training.
- A fitness program created by Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews from Les Mills Pump and Combat, who have extensive experience teaching workouts from kickboxing to cardio worldwide.
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
- Anyone who wants to lose belly fat, tighten their midsection and carve out total body definition.
- Those looking for MMA inspired workouts
- People who want to see quick results and have fun while doing it!
WHAT ARE THE WORKOUTS LIKE?
- Each workout is between 27 – 45 minutes ( most coming in around 30 – 35min)
- Each workout provides an option to watch a break down of the moves before hand, so you can learn them with proper form.
- Each move whether its a jab, a kick or an uppercut works your core from every angle. Joel and Jericho refer to this as 360 degree core training.
- Designed using 3 minute rounds just like a real boxing match to get your heart rate up and get shredded!
IS THERE A MODIFIER?
- YES!! There is a modifier for this program and the option to watch the modifier in a split screen so you don’t miss a beat!

JOIN A CHALLENGE GROUP!!!! A challenge group is an online community where we hold each other accountable to following the fitness program and eating plan. We share recipes, TIPS, Motivate each other and create incredible bonds!
